opening: Opening

What opening cost, before any query had been planned.

pages: usize

Whole stripe pages read since.

indexes: usize

Index sections read since.

dictionaries: usize

Global dictionaries opened since. One per dictionary column that a query touched, however many workers touched it, which is a claim only a test can keep true.
