The path and the option values are constants, for the same reason a setting’s value is: nothing that opens a file wants a plan, and the pin folds them to constants before it opens anything.

Fields

path: String

The path, which is :memory: or empty for a database with no file behind it.

alias: Option<String>

The name after AS, or None when the name comes from the path.

or_replace: bool

Whether OR REPLACE was written.

if_not_exists: bool

Whether IF NOT EXISTS was written.

options: Vec<(String, Option<Value>)>

The options, with the name as written and the value when one was.
