The MSVC release an MSVC row claims, which is _MSC_VER and _MSC_FULL_VER.

19.40 is Visual Studio 2022 17.10, which is the release the design names and the one whose SDK headers this was written against. The build number is zero unless one is given, which makes _MSC_FULL_VER 194000000, and that is what clang says for -fms-compatibility-version=19.40.
