Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.

trigraphs: bool

Replace trigraphs, which -trigraphs turns on.

Off by default because C23 removed them, and because leaving them on means ??! inside a string literal silently becomes |, which has caught out every project that ever wrote a question mark next to a punctuator.
