Represents a constant in the ExpressionKind enum of the RtLolaHir.

The RtLolaHir differentiates between two types of constants:

• Constant expressions that are declared with a name and a Type, which are inline in crate::from_ast
• Constant expressions occurring in an stream expression

Example: constant a: Int8 := 5 output out := a + 5 ^ ^ | | inlined basic
