ClientAgent is Agent implementation that is used by Client to process transactions.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

Process(Message)

Hand an inbound message to the agent for matching against a transaction.

Collect(Instant)

Advance time so the agent can expire transactions.

Start(TransactionId, Instant)

Register a new transaction with its deadline.

Stop(TransactionId)

Abandon a transaction without waiting for its deadline.

Close

Close the agent, abandoning every outstanding transaction.
