A typed configuration change emitted by a ConfigWatch source.

Carries only the affected key (never the value), so change notifications are safe to log. Consumers react by re-running the load pipeline and re-decoding.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
