A pre-serialized incident line plus an optional NATS subject override.
The alert pipeline produces structured IncidentResults; the sink task
serializes each to NDJSON and pairs it with the configured subject override
(if any) so the delivery layer can route incidents without depending on the
alert-pipeline types. Delivered via Sink::send_incident.
