Opaque acknowledgment handle returned alongside each event.
For NATS JetStream sources, calling ack() confirms message delivery to the
server. For stdin/HTTP sources, ack is a no-op. This enum avoids dynamic
dispatch and mirrors the Sink enum pattern.
