Argon2 algorithm version.

V0x13 (1.3) is the RFC 9106 default and should be used for all new deployments. V0x10 (1.0) is supported only for decoding legacy PHC strings.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
