The options of a Live display that are not its renderable, console or sink: upstream’s Live(...) keyword arguments, for Live::spawn_options. The defaults are upstream’s.

Fields

transient: bool

Clear the display when it stops (upstream transient, default false).

screen: bool

Use the alternate screen (upstream screen, default false).

redirect_stdout: bool

Print what is written to AutoLive::stdout through the display (upstream redirect_stdout, default true).

redirect_stderr: bool

The same for AutoLive::stderr (upstream redirect_stderr).

vertical_overflow: VerticalOverflow

What to do with a frame taller than the screen (upstream vertical_overflow, default VerticalOverflow::Ellipsis).

refresh_on_start: bool

Draw the first frame as the display starts (upstream start(refresh=True), default true). When false the refresh thread draws it at its first tick.
