What a Profiler keeps and shows.

Fields

sample: usize

The most rows kept for types, statistics and distributions (default DEFAULT_SAMPLE, at least 1).

top: usize

The most common values a categorical column keeps (default DEFAULT_TOP).

bins: usize

Histogram bins for a numeric column (default DEFAULT_BINS).

buckets: usize

The most rows of the missing-value map (default DEFAULT_BUCKETS, at least 1).

columns: Option<Vec<String>>

Only these columns, by name, in this order (default every column).

nulls: Vec<String>

The cells that count as null, compared after trimming (default DEFAULT_NULL_TOKENS). A nested profile (JsonProfiler) has JSON’s own null and ignores them.

depth: usize

For a nested profile (JsonProfiler), the deepest path profiled, in steps (a key or []; default DEFAULT_DEPTH, at least 1).

max_paths: usize

For a nested profile, the most paths profiled (default DEFAULT_MAX_PATHS, at least 1).
