A snapshot of the IEEE 802.15.4 MAC counters — the cluster’s MACCounts (MACCNT) feature set, attributes TxTotalCount .. RxErrOtherCount — as returned by ThreadDiag::mac_counters.

The two *MaxRetryExpiryCount values are Options because not every Thread backend tracks them; None surfaces as an unsupported attribute.
