Tags corresponding to the fields in the SubscribeRequestMessage
TLV structure (Matter Core spec). Used by the streaming
subscribe-request builder and any low-level TLV serde callers.
Note the gap at tag 6 — the spec leaves it reserved and the
FabricFiltered field jumps from 5 to 7.
