Create a new orchestrator backed by a CodeMode UTCP shim and an LLM model.

pub async fn call_prompt(&self, prompt: &str) -> Result<Option<Value>, Error>

Run the full orchestration flow. Returns Ok(None) if the model says no tools are needed or fails to pick any tools. Otherwise returns the codemode execution result.
