Error type for DataSwitch
When implementing DataConnector, it may be helpful to implement your own internal Error type, but it must ultimately be mapped to this type before returning
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
InvalidSeriesId(String)
The series_id was not in a valid format
InvalidDataSource(String)
The no connector was found for that data_source_id in the DataSwitch
InvalidDataId
Fields
The DataConnector or its data source could not parse the data_id
Io(Error)
Generic IO error
UnimplementedSeries(String)
The data source was asked for series data but does not offer it
UnimplementedSpatial(String)
The data source was asked for spatial data but does not offer it
Join(JoinError)
Failure to join a tokio task
Other(Box<dyn Error + Send + Sync + 'static>)
Catchall for any other errors that might occur inside a DataConnector object
