pub enum ExportOrigin<'a> {
Own,
ReExport(&'a NamedImport),
}Expand description
Where a named export’s value comes from: the module’s own declaration, or a re-export of an import.
This classification is the contract between the lazy-barrel loader and tree shaking’s
body-demand gating, and the two sides MUST agree: the loader loads every plain import record
of a barrel as soon as one of its own exports is requested (BarrelInfo::local in
take_needed_records), and tree shaking includes the module’s gated side-effect statements as
soon as one of its own exports is used (compute_body_demand_keys). If they classified an
export differently, a retained statement could reference an import record that was never
loaded — a free identifier at runtime (the #9806 bug family). Keeping the classification in
one place makes that agreement hold by construction.
Variants§
Own
Declared by the module itself: export const a = ..., export function f() {}, or a plain
export { local } of a local binding.
ReExport(&'a NamedImport)
Re-exports an import: export { a } from './x', export * as ns from './x', or
import { a } from './x'; export { a }.

Source§fn fg(&self, value: Color) -> Painted<&T>
fn fg(&self, value: Color) -> Painted<&T>
Returns a styled value derived from self with the foreground set to
value.
This method should be used rarely. Instead, prefer to use color-specific
builder methods like red() and
green(), which have the same functionality but are
pithier.
§Example
Set foreground color to white using fg():

The clear() method will be removed in a future release.
Source§fn whenever(&self, value: Condition) -> Painted<&T>
fn whenever(&self, value: Condition) -> Painted<&T>
Conditionally enable styling based on whether the Condition value
applies. Replaces any previous condition.
See the crate level docs for more details.
§Example
Enable styling painted only when both stdout and stderr are TTYs:
use yansi::{Paint, Condition};
painted.red().on_yellow().whenever(Condition::STDOUTERR_ARE_TTY);
