WeathercockParams

Struct WeathercockParams

Source
pub struct WeathercockParams { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Aerodynamic and inertial parameters for the weathercock filter.

Implementations§

Source§

impl WeathercockParams

Source

pub fn new( cna_vs_mach: Vec<(f64, f64)>, cp_vs_mach: Vec<(f64, f64)>, cg_dry_m: f64, cg_propellant_m: f64, diameter_m: f64, pitch_inertia_kg_m2: f64, damping_ratio: f64, ) -> Result<Self>

cna_vs_mach: normal-force slope per radian (as in body lift). cp_vs_mach: centre of pressure, metres aft of the nose reference. cg_dry_m/cg_propellant_m: two-point CG model — the dry structure’s and the propellant’s centres of gravity along the same reference. The instantaneous CG is mass-weighted from the current propellant fraction. pitch_inertia_kg_m2: scalar pitch/yaw inertia about the CG. damping_ratio: ζ of the second-order response (0 = undamped).

fn to_subset(&self) -> Option<SS>

The inverse inclusion map: attempts to construct self from the equivalent element of its superset. Read more
Source§

fn is_in_subset(&self) -> bool

Checks if self is actually part of its subset T (and can be converted to it).
