Immutable RocketMQ prefix and serialized header for a body stored outside memory.

The external body must contain exactly Self::body_len bytes and must be appended directly after Self::segments. This type lets transports send a leased file region without first materializing the body as Bytes.

Encodes a command prefix/header for an external body of body_len bytes.

§Errors

Returns an error when the command already has an in-memory body, header serialization fails, or the complete frame exceeds RocketMQ’s signed 32-bit wire-length limit.
