Final merged and validated bootstrap configuration.

§process: ProcessTelemetryConfig

Validated release identity and process metrics selection.

§prometheus_listener_addr: Option<SocketAddr>

Final Prometheus listener, present only for an active Prometheus exporter.

§environment_applied: bool

Whether at least one present environment field participated in resolution.
