Explicit lifecycle owner for all RocketMQ clients in one application domain.

The caller must derive the supplied context from its application-owned rocketmq_runtime::RuntimeOwner. The client never discovers the current Tokio runtime and never creates a fallback runtime.

Creates a client runtime with explicit immutable remoting wire defaults.

This entry point does not read process configuration and permits independent embedded client runtimes to use different wire defaults.
