Struct DeviceList

A node’s device preference, primary first, with CPU/host spill after.

Parsed once at config load, so "cuda+cpu" is validated there rather than at every use — which also lets NodeConfig::primary_device be infallible instead of silently defaulting to CPU when the string was malformed.

Serialized as the original string, so existing configs round-trip verbatim.
