Generation-to-generation state for a MemeticWrapper.

Wraps the inner strategy’s state and carries the memetic generation counter (used to derive deterministic per-generation refinement seeds).

Fields are private for consistency with the rest of the crate’s state types; the wrapped inner is an opaque St with no invariant this wrapper can check, so construction is the infallible new rather than a try_new.
