Opaque key identifier (backend-specific).

This is an opaque reference to a key managed by a backend. The internal format is backend-specific (e.g., "slot_9c" for YubiKey PIV, UUID for software backend).

Ceremony DSL never interprets the contents of a KeyId; it is purely a reference that gets passed back to the backend.
