BackendKeyMeta

Struct BackendKeyMeta

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub struct BackendKeyMeta<'a> { pub backend_name: &'a str, pub key_id: &'a KeyId, pub algorithm: KeyAlgorithm, pub public_key: Option<&'a PublicKeyDer>, }
Expand description

What an action needs to know about a backend-managed key.

Borrowed from the artifact store rather than cloned: a caller that needs an owned KeyId or key past the borrow clones the field it needs.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)§

This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.
§backend_name: &'a str

Backend that owns the key. A step running on another one is an error.

§key_id: &'a KeyId

The reference that backend answers to.

§algorithm: KeyAlgorithm

Algorithm, for choosing a signature scheme and for the transcript.

§public_key: Option<&'a PublicKeyDer>

Public half, absent for a key the backend does not export.
