MarkedFailed(ActorId)

Actor marked as failed.

Restarted

Actor was restarted.

§old_id: ActorId

The original actor ID before restart.

§new_id: ActorId

The new actor ID after restart.

DestroyedSibling(ActorId)

A sibling was destroyed (OneForAll/RestForOne).

AllSiblingsDestroyed

All siblings destroyed, parent needs to re-create them.
