A named capability that can be granted to a remote peer.

Validated at write time so unknown privilege strings are rejected before they reach the database.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

BlobList

Allows the peer to query the local catalog via /ringdrop/catalog/0 and receive the list of blobs they can download.
