What starts the idle period of the main webview.

Variants

HiddenOrMinimised

A window hide the shell or host reports (tray, close-to-tray, note_hidden), and a minimise when IdleOptions::start_on_minimize is set. The behaviour hosts already have.

Minimised

A minimise only (whole-app: it acts on the webview of the window that was minimised). A tray hide, close-to-tray or note_hidden does not start idle, and a minimise always does, whatever start_on_minimize says. For an app with a single web view that only wants to stop work while minimised: on Windows SetIsVisible(false) then TrySuspend, nothing closed; the restore is Resume (when suspended) then SetIsVisible(true).
