A .app bundle, or a plain executable (wrapped into a bundle at a fixed per-app path on macOS, replaced in place with .previous kept).

Opt-in (default false): after the page is ready, make the window key and focused so document.hasFocus(), :focus and :focus-visible match (keyboard and accessibility scenarios). macOS activates the app and makes the window key (it may change the frontmost app); Windows enables Chromium focus emulation and moves WebView2 focus into the page, with no SetForegroundWindow. A focused launch cannot prove owned_never_frontmost, so ui_stop skips that proof for it.
