The dev executable for this app: env override, pointer file, the broker’s target root, then the ui.binaries path (see crate::binary), always returned as the fixed stash copy (<app root>/.rightkit-qa-bin/..., copied in place with a kept .previous), never a broker generation path. source names where the build was found. Errors when none of them holds a valid file.
