Fields

conn: Connection

The writer to use: the database at the path, or a private in-memory store when degraded.

report: MigrationReport

The migration report for the connection in conn.

degraded: Option<Degraded>

Some when conn is not the database as it was stored: it was quarantined and recreated, or the app runs on an in-memory store. The app should show it to the user.
