A required symlink that the destination could not create. Carried inside AppRootError::Io; read it with AppRootError::link_not_created.

Retryable: it is returned before the completion marker is written, so the destination is not treated as migrated, the old tree is untouched and still usable, and a later call (after the privilege is granted) resumes and completes.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.
