Struct Stream

A raw duplex byte stream to an endpoint, for callers that speak their own line protocol over the shared transport (HeardRight’s v1 EngineFrame dialect, which has no hello). Same current-user-only transport as crate::Client.

Abort the stream from any thread: a blocked read/write returns, and the host sees a disconnect (which cancels the request it is serving).
