Enum Accepted

Source
pub enum Accepted {
    Conn(Conn),
    Rejected(String),
    Vanished,
}
Expand description

Outcome of Listener::accept: an authenticated connection, a rejected peer, or one that left before it could be identified.

Variants§

§

Conn(Conn)

The peer was authenticated as the current user.

§

Rejected(String)

The peer failed OS-level authentication and was closed unread. The reason is the typed peer error, content-free.

§

Vanished

The peer left before it could be identified (a probe, or the shutdown wake-up). Closed; not worth a rejection event.
