#[non_exhaustive]pub struct HostIdentityError {
pub expected: Vec<PathBuf>,
pub found_pid: Option<u32>,
pub found_executable: Option<PathBuf>,
pub reason: HostIdentityReason,
}Expand description
The process behind the endpoint is not the host the caller expected. No hello and no request
frame was written to it.
Distinct from a connection error: something answered, and the OS says it is the wrong program. It is not retryable (reconnecting reaches the same program). Content-free: pids and paths only, never request data.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.expected: Vec<PathBuf>The executables the caller said the host may be, as supplied (not canonicalised).
found_pid: Option<u32>The pid the kernel reported for the host, when it reported one.
found_executable: Option<PathBuf>The host’s executable, when it could be read before the refusal.
