CaptureOptions

Struct CaptureOptions

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub struct CaptureOptions { pub timeout: Option<Duration>, pub stdout_cap: usize, pub stderr_cap: usize, pub no_window: bool, pub drain_grace: Duration, }
Expand description

Options for raw first-N capture, including commands with no execution deadline.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)§

This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.
§timeout: Option<Duration>

Execution deadline; None waits for natural leader exit. Cleanup still has finite bounds.

§stdout_cap: usize

First raw bytes retained from stdout; remaining bytes are drained through EOF.

§stderr_cap: usize

First raw bytes retained from stderr; remaining bytes are drained through EOF.

§no_window: bool

Hide the Windows console window (default true).

§drain_grace: Duration

Post-exit EOF wait per stream (default 2 s), separate from execution timeout.
