UnknownToolCall

The model called a tool the program does not advertise, and nothing resolved it.

The completion failed.

Cancelled(ErrorReport)

The run was cancelled: the effect in flight was despawned or its stream dropped.

Unsupported(String)

The run needs what a later stage brings (a tool dispatch, a resolution kind); named, never silent.

OutputToolCollision

A granted tool conflicts with the reserved or already minted output name.
