Basic text content.

additional_params carries provider-specific fields that arrive on text content blocks (e.g. Anthropic returns citation metadata on assistant text blocks). It is a named field in the serialized form — never flattened into the block’s own key namespace, so a stray key can neither shadow the enum tag nor be silently captured, and an absent field decodes as None (no empty-map artifact). An unknown key on the block itself is ignored on decode — tolerated, never captured — so histories written by a newer rig stay loadable; AdditionalParams documents the full doctrine.
