How pair reads a history.

Fields

stored: bool

Results before the first assistant turn answer calls the provider holds for a stored conversation, so they are kept, one per id.

answers: bool

Every unanswered call gets a NO_RESULT_PROVIDED result. Without it, as for a request that sends calls as text, none is made up.
