Why the user’s last message is left without an answer, so a restore does not answer it. How a turn ended is its TurnRecord.

Variants

Stopped

The user stopped the turn answering it: the next entry pushed goes after STOPPED.

Kept

It is left for the next turn: a note to an idle agent, or a request whose turn failed or a plugin stopped.
