Per-track H.264 config for AVCC→Annex-B conversion, parsed from an avcC (AVCDecoderConfigurationRecord) box.

Fields§

§nal_len: usize

Bytes in each NAL length prefix (1, 2 or 4).

§headers_annexb: Vec<u8>

The SPS + PPS NALs, already start-code prefixed, ready to prepend to keyframe packets.
