Maximum cache size in bytes (None = unlimited)

§min_free_space_bytes: u64

Minimum free space to maintain (bytes)

§max_age_secs: Option<u64>

Maximum age of unused cache entries (seconds, None = unlimited)

§cache_local: bool

Whether to cache local packages
