Link rectangles, in the order they were started.

dests: Vec<(i32, bool, DestPos, Option<i32>)>

Destinations: object number, whether named, view, and for a structure destination the structure element’s object.

objects: Vec<PdfObject>

Objects to write with the page (\pdfextension refobj).

attr: (Vec<u8>, Vec<u8>)

Page attributes: the TeX and the Lua text.

resources: (Vec<u8>, Vec<u8>)

Page resources: the TeX and the Lua text.
