Owner of a scheduled timer. Dropping cancels it (no-op if already fired).

pub fn cancel(self)

Cancel now instead of at drop. Consuming makes double-cancel impossible.

pub fn detach(self)

Detach without cancelling: the timer fires even though no handle owns it anymore. Prefer holding the handle so timers cancel with their owner. Never detach a repeating timer unless it is truly global: nothing will stop it afterwards.
