A Series from a model’s rows: how many (count), or the sum or average of a column, per day, week or month of a Period (its bucket), by the moment in column (a DateTime column such as created_at). The query’s conditions apply (Order::where_eq("status", "paid")); days are cut in APP_TIMEZONE, at its offset at the end of the period, and weeks run Monday to Sunday in those local days (labelled by their Monday).
