Saga — capture a user's navigation (nav/click/log) as structured events, persist them to the nornir warehouse, and let the test matrix REPLAY the path as a generated robot test for bug-finding + regression. The production sibling of nornir-testmatrix: emit real state from inside → warehouse → read back. Toolkit-neutral core (pure std + serde — no eframe/leptos/iceberg).

The nordisk anti-drift / completeness subsystem: the single shared home for WIRING-coverage (the Gap = Surface − Covered − Allowlist gate), the allowlist/excuse-register file model, and the reusable sentinel-ban check. A thin façade over nornir-testmatrix's discover+coverage engine, adding the file I/O and the string-scan that had no shared home — so nornir, robotui, and (later) dwarfs consume ONE coverage machinery.

Shared infra runtime extracted from nornir: the durable job ledger + a no-shell container (bollard/podman REST) and KVM/VM boot runtime. Reused by nornir and korp.
