Row

Struct Row

Source
pub struct Row {
    pub name: &'static str,
    pub stance: Stance,
    pub observed: Option<Observed>,
    pub detail: String,
}
Expand description

One step’s row in a complete observation.

Fields§

§name: &'static str

The step, from the step table.

§stance: Stance

Where the step stands at this target.

§observed: Option<Observed>

What the forge answered, where the step applies; None where the run did not act on it, so no observation is ever fabricated.

§detail: String

What the observer found, one line, for the report a person reads now. It is never recorded: it can carry a forge’s own words.

Implementations§

Source§

impl Row

Source

pub const fn stated(step: &StepSpec, stance: Stance) -> Self

A row the run did not act on.

Source

pub fn observed(step: &StepSpec, stance: Stance, state: &StepState) -> Self

A row the run observed.

Source

pub fn line(&self) -> String

The human report line.

Source

pub fn event_fields(&self) -> (String, String)

The status and the detail an event carries.
