Extract typed values from URL path parameters.
§Single-parameter extraction
Path<T> for a primitive type (e.g. Path<i64>, Path<String>) requires
the URL pattern to declare exactly one path parameter. Extraction returns
HTTP 400 if the pattern declares zero or more than one parameter.
§Tuple extraction and parameter order
For tuple extractors Path<(T1, T2, ...)>, tuple elements are populated in
URL pattern declaration order — i.e. the order in which {...}
placeholders appear in the route pattern, not alphabetical order of
parameter names.

// org cluster_idPrior to issue #4013, parameters were sorted alphabetically by name before being assigned to tuple fields, which silently produced HTTP 400 when the tuple type order did not match alphabetical name order. For unambiguous extraction with many parameters, prefer
PathStruct<T> (named struct deserialization), which
matches by parameter name rather than position.
