Resolves an OCTR leaf reference (PLST byte offset) to placed-object visibility IDs. Preserves file order and duplicates. The no-leaf sentinel returns an empty list. IDs below the world’s MPSO count select that record; remaining IDs require the runtime secondary object table. These IDs never identify individual model faces.

Counts OCTR nodes that have no child nodes.

Map an MLST index to an MPSO record index. Indices 0..mpso_count-1 map directly to MPSO records. Indices >= mpso_count belong to a secondary table and return None.
