Errors raised by the prefetch path. Most are silent — a failed prefetch is a perf miss, not a correctness bug, so callers should log and continue.

SyscallFailed(Error)

posix_fadvise / madvise returned non-zero. Wrapped so the caller can decide whether to log or escalate.

Unsupported

Platform doesn’t support read-ahead hints; the call becomes a no-op but we surface the unsupported state for diagnostics.
